Principal Software Engineer, Program Structure

📋 Description

• Own the architecture, technical direction, and multi-quarter delivery of an enterprise
• Define durable platform abstractions that accommodate diverse and sometimes conflicting enterprise
• Lead the evolution of a live production system toward a multi-tenant organizational structure
• Break complex technical initiatives into meaningful, independently valuable phases that deliver
• Drive execution and alignment across engineering squads outside the immediate team, using technical
• Partner with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design to translate long-term architectural goals

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of deep backend software engineering experience, including ownership of complex
• Proven experience designing platform abstractions that address complex and conflicting enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large architectural changes incrementally, balancing long-term
• Strong experience influencing and collaborating across multiple engineering teams without relying
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns, including multi-tenancy, role-based access
• Strong architectural judgment and the ability to evaluate trade-offs, define scalable abstractions
