Principal Software Engineer, Program Structure

📋 Description

• Own the architecture, technical direction, and multi-quarter delivery of an enterprise
• Define durable platform abstractions that accommodate diverse and sometimes conflicting enterprise
• Lead the transition of a live production platform toward a multi-tenant organizational structure
• Balance long-term architectural goals with near-term customer value by establishing meaningful
• Drive technical execution and alignment across multiple engineering squads, using architectural
• Partner with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design to translate strategic architectural

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of deep backend software engineering experience, including ownership of complex
• Proven experience designing platform abstractions that address complex and conflicting enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to break large, structurally complex technical initiatives into incremental
• Strong experience influencing and coordinating engineering teams outside your direct reporting
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns, including multi-tenancy, role-based access
• Strong backend engineering and architectural expertise, with the ability to reason about complex
