📋 Description

• Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to improve search speed and relevance.
• Build new search features, fix bugs, and optimize code clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with search/vector DBs; used HNSW/IVF at scale.
• Strong Java skills; knowledge of core libraries, concurrency, lambdas.
• Own projects end-to-end; design and implement components with others.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Proven track record using AI to speed development and debugging.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and distributed teams.
