🎯 Requirements

8+ years building large-scale backend and distributed systems.
4+ years as a tech lead: setting direction, driving execution, mentoring engineers.
Go proficiency; CQRS and Event Sourcing a plus.
Experience with NoSQL databases at scale (DynamoDB, Cassandra).
AI/ML platform integration experience or strong interest.
Hands-on tech leader; architect/implement; platform thinker; comfortable with ambiguity; team-player.
