Principal Software Engineer (Service Platform & Orchestration)

📋 Description

• Lead the development and migration to a workflow-as-code platform (Temporal)
• Build a robust management plane treating fleet as a distributed system
• Design services using LLMs/ML for signal correlation and automated triage
• Develop framework-level services and internal APIs with reliability hooks
• Incorporate telemetry for metrics, traces, events for replayable actions

🎯 Requirements

• Fundamental AI/ML understanding for AI-driven solutions in domain
• Curiosity and exploration of AI tools to improve workflows
• BS/MS in CS or related field with 10+ years in hyperscale systems
• Mastery of backend languages (Go/Java/Python) and high-quality distributed code
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems; concurrency and performance
• Proven track record building Platform APIs (REST/gRPC) with idempotency
