🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management
• Expert-level proficiency in Golang and Python for microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience designing B2B partner APIs or public API platforms with 99.99% SLA
• Strong experience with AWS cloud-native services (EKS/Kubernetes, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway
• Demonstrated success in managing delivery cycles, technical roadmaps, and coaching staff engineers
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
