📋 Description

• Conduct research and drive roadmaps to improve platform efficiency.
• Design solutions to optimize Roblox client performance and resources.
• Profile and diagnose real-world performance on iOS/Android.
• Build benchmarks and CI/CD automation to catch regressions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design on priorities and rollout.
• Deliver improvements and guardrails across mobile, desktop, and console.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in C++ writing high‑quality, performant code.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
• Mobile performance expertise on iOS and/or Android with on‑device profiling.
• Systems thinking; build reliable, scalable systems with monitoring.
