🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend software development, particularly
• Required experience in Insurtech, with strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Consultative experience, with the ability to act as a trusted technical partner to customers
• Strong programming skills with demonstrated proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java
• Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router, including server components, layouts, streaming, and
