🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
10+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation.
Master's or PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related STEM.
10+ years hands-on PVD process engineering in thin-film solar or semiconductor.
Proven PVD scale-up to >1 GW/year; vacuum/plasma/sputtering; XRD/SEM.
SPC/DoE/lean manufacturing; cleanroom; data analysis with Python/SQL.
Willing to travel frequently; lift 25 lbs; extended hours.
