• Proven ServiceNow delivery experience in large-scale transformation programs across multiple
• Enterprise architecture experience; Deep understanding of SaaS / cloud architecture and platform
• Executive presence and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• A balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills, with a background in data governance
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and translate vision into deliverable outcomes.
