Deliver product demos addressing customer requirements and integration value
Answer technical/functional questions from customers, partners, internal teams
Lead RFI/RFP responses and proof-of-concept engagements
Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Corporate Service Directors, IT leaders
Mentor Korea Solution Consultants on CBS capabilities and best practices

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in Solution Consulting/presales for ERP, HCM or HR transformation
HR Service Delivery, Service Center operations, HR process redesign experience
SaaS experience preferred
Fluent Korean and English (verbal/written)
Strong presales: writing, presenting, demos, RFI/RFP
ServiceNow Platform experience preferred; quick learner
