Principal Solution Consultant – Enterprise DevOps & ADM Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead large-scale ADM and DevOps transformation initiatives across EMEA
• Interface with C-level, IT directors, and enterprise clients to define modern IT target operating
• Drive GTM, pre-sales, and solution selling to convert leads into delivery orders
• Architect end-to-end transformation roadmaps aligning with SAFe, TOGAF, and ITIL
• Oversee design of scalable enterprise service offerings and model-office prototyping
• Manage client engagements, change management, and stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• Industry experience in ADM, enterprise DevOps, SIAM, and large global programs
• Deep knowledge of SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF/MODAF, UML, SOA and EA frameworks
• Proven GTM leadership, cross-sell/up-sell, and bid/RFP orchestration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with executives
• Experience guiding multi-vendor ecosystems and complex IT environments
• Demonstrated ability to mentor cross-functional teams and manage change
