📋 Description

• Lead large-scale ADM and DevOps transformation initiatives across EMEA.
• Partner with C-level stakeholders and enterprise clients to define target operating models.
• Drive GTM strategy, pre-sales, and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams.
• Transform bespoke transformation techniques into standardized enterprise offerings.
• Architect end-to-end DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing roadmaps (SAFe, TOGAF, ITIL).
• Oversee client engagements, manage change, and deliver high-value GTM outcomes.

• Industry experience in ADM, enterprise DevOps, and SIAM.
• Strong GTM execution, solution selling, and management of change.
• Proven leadership in SAFe, TOGAF, ITIL, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Domain expertise with complex multi-vendor client portfolios.
