📋 Description

Act as the technical expert to close new business opportunities in UKI
Lead large deal conversations with mid-market and enterprise customers
Provide deep technical consultation and sell Freshworks value proposition
Create thought leadership assets and represent Freshworks at events
Mentor senior solution engineers and collaborate with GTM teams
Drive technical wins via evangelizing and pre-sales activities (POCs, demos)

🎯 Requirements

Native English; additional European languages are a plus
10+ years in technical solution engineering, ITSM/ITIL or SaaS
Experience in SaaS/tech product org and cloud infrastructure
Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders (CxOs) and internal teams
Experience handling complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation and customer-focused skills
