  • Principal Level: 2-4 years in pre-sales with leadership experience.
  • 2-4 years of delivery experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expertise in Salesforce implementations, complex solutioning, and estimation.
  • At least five Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consulting, Architect-level).
  • Strong technical aptitude; excellent communication; team-oriented; customer-first.
  • Continuous learning and certifications to deepen expertise.
