Principal Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales for multi-cloud deals (data migration, integrations, use cases).
• Discover needs, deliver tailored demos/POCs, and collaborate with Sales.
• Own solution design; craft proposals; respond to RFIs/RFPs with business-focused solutions.
• Develop ROM estimates with clear assumptions; ensure design-to-delivery alignment.
• Close deals with refined messaging; present with Sales Directors.
• Act as customer advocate; present clear solutions to stakeholders; collaborate with partners for POCs/RFPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Principal Level: 2-4 years in pre-sales with leadership experience.
• 2-4 years of delivery experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in Salesforce implementations, complex solutioning, and estimation.
• At least five Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consulting, Architect-level).
• Strong technical aptitude; excellent communication; team-oriented; customer-first.
• Continuous learning and certifications to deepen expertise.
