Principal - Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• GSI Solution Architect focusing on Employee Experience and Freshservice
• Lead partner conversations and shape new Freshservice opportunities
• Build solution narratives across ITSM, EX, and automation
• Expand EX/ESM footprints into HR, Finance, Facilities, etc.
• Position AI as an accelerator: self-service, deflection, automation
• Enable and enablement sessions for GSI sales and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture, presales, or partner solution engineering
• Strong ITSM/ESM knowledge and employee experience focus
• Experience with GSIs or partner-led models
• Ability to build EX/ESM/AI solution narratives and support new business
• AI use cases in service management (self-service, automation, etc.)
• Experience creating demos, guides, and reference architectures
