Principal Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical leader for large, complex Data and Analytics engagements
• Lead strategy, architecture, and planning workshops for enterprise clients
• Act as Engagement Lead and/or Technical Architecture Lead on customer-facing projects
• Own delivery success by managing scope, milestones, requirements, and stakeholders
• Guide cross-functional delivery teams through successful consulting engagements
• Lead clients through modern data and analytics transformations, including data strategy and governance, platform modernization, data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
• 15+ years of consulting, architecture, and related experience
• Prior senior leadership or principal architect experience
• Proven success leading large, complex, client-facing delivery engagements
• Experience owning or leading pre-sales pursuits (discovery, scoping, proposals)
• Deep experience designing data/analytics solutions (data platforms, pipelines, cloud, AI)
