Principal Solutions Architect (East Coast or Central)

📋 Description

• Work with top customers and Docker teams to accelerate container and AI journeys.
• Gather customer goals and challenges related to container and AI journeys.
• Create engagement plans spanning existing products and Docker offerings.
• Oversee design-partner prototyping with Docker engineering to validate use cases.
• Create/manage demos and content aligned to customer use cases.
• Deliver enablement content for audiences from developers to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
• Experience presenting solutions and demos to audiences virtually and in person.
• Experience interfacing with internal product teams to improve docs, enablement, and features.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern architectures.
