📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes, business outcomes, users
• Partner with the Engagement Manager, Sales, Presales, and customer stakeholders to convert value
• Define the end-to-end architecture across relevant Siemens and customer capabilities, including
• Establish the solution vision, architecture principles, major design decisions, assumptions
• Identify where standard product capabilities, configuration, extension, or custom development
• Create solution-definition deliverables that provide sufficient clarity for estimation, planning

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and
• Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical
