📋 Description

• Own complex, platform-defining engagements (Fortune 100, gov, multi-region)
• Advise ELT on platform strategy, integration roadmap, and SE design
• Bring CIO/CISO/CFO relationships to accelerate enterprise deals
• Define industry-level integration/security narratives for buyers
• Lead company-wide initiatives (scaled SE, AI tooling) with cross-functional teams
• Mentor SE leaders and attract top talent

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• External reputation in enterprise SE or HR Tech (CIO/CISO/CFO credibility)
• Rolodex of C-suite and VP Engineering relationships across HR Tech
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership on platform strategy and SE design
• Deep expertise across HRIS, LMS, SSO, APIs, and enterprise compliance
• Track record of owning and closing complex enterprise deals
