Principal / Sr. Principal Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as an individual contributor and/or task lead supporting Electronic Warfare system
• Develop, execute, and document detailed RF test plans, test setups, and procedures to evaluate
• Design controlled experiments using hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop test benches to
• Coordinate RF data collection and analysis across subsystem integration laboratories, system
• Troubleshoot RF test setups, equipment, and operational issues while applying root cause analysis
• Analyze detailed test data to uncover system performance insights, identify trends, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with at least 8 years of related experience, 6 years with a
• At least 3 years of experience designing, integrating, or testing Electronic Warfare or Radar
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing data collected from Electronic Warfare or Radar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system defects, perform root cause analysis, and develop and
• Experience operating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) and/or Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL) test benches.

🎁 Benefits

• Principal-level base salary range of $108,800–$163,200 USD annually.
