Principal / Sr Principal Systems Field Test Engineer (CONUS)

📋 Description

• Primary technical point of contact at customer sites, coordinating field activities.
• Support system integration, installation, testing, and maintenance of EW/radar systems.
• Execute detailed test procedures, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair support, including diagnostics.
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and reports with daily/weekly/monthly updates.
• Travel extensively to customer facilities, primarily in Virginia and Maryland.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; Master’s with fewer years acceptable.
• For Principal: 5+ years, or 3+ with Master’s.
• For Senior Principal: 8+ years, or 6+ with Master’s.
• Experience operating radar and EW systems.
• Experience using RF test equipment and field troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of system integration, testing methodologies, and ops support.
