• Partner with Product to understand the evolving product roadmap, influence prioritization through
• Value & ROI demonstration — Develop repeatable approaches to value measurement and reporting
• Understand deep technical nuances of the products, yet be comfortable with executive communications
• Develop a culture of continuous testing within your book of business
• Deliver high impact value reporting to your customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, operations, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in SaaS or eCommerce, specifically within Search and Product
• Excellent executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive audiences at Fortune
• Comfortable having technical conversations but can also develop a winning strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a high level of energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to
• Analytics background - comfortable finding stories within the data and have used tools like Tableau
