Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics - Membership

📋 Description

• Conduct analytical and financial deep dives to inform and shape key decisions
• Build business cases behind program investments; size opportunities, model returns, frame tradeoffs
• Own performance measurement for Membership programs, defining KPIs, goals/OKRs, building reporting
• Develop and pressure-test program economics including incentive and benefit costs, guest/host
• Synthesize complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant finance and analytical experience across strategic finance, investment
• Superb financial modeling skills and extensive experience with quantitative and qualitative
• Highly proficient in business analytics; ability to independently extract, analyze, and synthesize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with audiences at various levels
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment in a fast-paced
• High ownership, strong judgment, and attention to detail
