🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems, planning processes, or execution frameworks in
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving; focus on root causes and scalable solutions.
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence without direct authority.
