📋 Description

• Build and optimize systems for company-wide execution
• Improve operating rhythms and frameworks for growth
• Design planning cadences, decision models, and execution rhythms
• Own quarterly/annual planning with aligned priorities/resources
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with accountability and follow-through
• Develop scalable docs, tools, and processes for teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business/Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes
• Proven track partnering with founders and senior leaders
• Excellent written communication; simplify complex info
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving
• Judgment, executive presence, influence without authority
