📋 Description

• Design leadership operating systems, planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms.
• Own quarterly and annual planning to align priorities, dependencies, and resources across teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with accountability, coordination, and follow-through.
• Build scalable documentation, operating mechanisms, and planning tools.
• Partner with executives to identify challenges and implement solutions to improve decision quality
• Translate complex business problems into clear frameworks and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating systems, planning processes, or execution
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and ability to identify root causes and scalable
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence without direct authority.
