📋 Description

• Design leadership operating systems, planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms.
• Own quarterly and annual planning; align priorities, dependencies, and resources across teams.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives; improve accountability and coordination.
• Build scalable docs, operating mechanisms, and planning tools for efficient execution.
• Partner with executives to identify challenges and implement solutions that boost decision quality.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear frameworks and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes in growth
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving; identify root causes and scalable solutions.
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence without direct authority.
