📋 Description

• Build and optimize systems for company-wide execution
• Collaborate with senior leaders to improve rhythms and align priorities
• Design planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms
• Own quarterly and annual planning, ensuring aligned priorities and resources
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives with accountability and follow-through
• Develop scalable docs, operating mechanisms, and planning tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes
• Proven collaboration with founders and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives
• Exceptional written communication to simplify complex information
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving with scalable solutions
• Great judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence without direct authority
