📋 Description

• Build and optimize systems enabling company-wide execution
• Design leadership operating systems, cadences, decision frameworks
• Own quarterly/annual planning with aligned priorities and resources
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives with accountability
• Build scalable docs, tools, and operating mechanisms
• Partner with executives to address organizational challenges and improve decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business/Strategic Operations or similar
• Proven experience designing/scaling operating systems and planning processes
• Experience partnering with founders, execs, and senior teams
• Exceptional written communication; simplify complex info
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving
• Good judgment, executive presence; influence without authority
