🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Ops, Strategic Ops, Chief of Staff, or equivalent.
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes.
• Partnering with founders/executives on company-wide initiatives.
• Strong written comms; ability to simplify complexity.
• Systems thinking with scalable solution focus.
• Judgment, executive presence, influence without authority.
