📋 Description

• Partner with executive leadership to build scalable systems that translate strategy into measurable
• Design planning frameworks, improve decision-making processes, and remove organizational friction.
• Develop leadership operating systems, planning cadences, and execution rhythms.
• Own quarterly and annual planning with aligned priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with accountability, coordination, and follow-through.
• Build scalable documentation and planning tools to help teams execute efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes.
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior teams on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high standards.
