Principal, Strategic Operations

📋 Description

• Design and improve Monarch's leadership operating system (planning cadences and rhythms).
• Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, aligning priorities and execution.
• Drive cross-functional initiative execution with better coordination and accountability.
• Build and evolve operating mechanisms, documentation, and planning artifacts for scale.
• Partner with founders and functional leaders to reduce friction and strengthen operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Ops, or management consulting.
• Experience designing or scaling operating systems and planning processes.
• Experience partnering with founders and senior leaders on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to synthesize complexity into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking to identify root causes and durable solutions.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to apply AI to work.
