📋 Description

• Build and optimize systems enabling company-wide execution
• Partner with senior leaders to improve rhythms, priorities, and frameworks
• Design planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution mechanisms
• Own quarterly and annual planning, ensuring alignment across teams
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives with accountability and follow-through
• Develop scalable docs, tools, and processes to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar senior roles
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes
• Proven ability to partner with founders, executives, and senior leaders
• Exceptional written communication and ability to simplify complex information
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving with scalable solutions
• Executive presence with influence without direct authority
