📋 Description

• Design leadership operating systems, planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms.
• Own quarterly and annual planning, aligning priorities, dependencies, and resources across teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with accountability, coordination, and follow-through.
• Develop scalable docs, operating mechanisms, and planning tools for efficient execution.
• Partner with executives to address org challenges and improve decision quality.
• Translate complex business problems into clear frameworks, actions, and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business/Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, management consulting, or similar.
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating systems, planning processes, or execution
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior teams on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking, problem solving, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence without authority.
