🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business/Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes.
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior teams.
• Exceptional written communication; simplify complex info into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving; scalable solutions focus.
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, influence without authority.
