📋 Description

• Build scalable operating systems, planning cadences, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms.
• Own quarterly and annual planning, aligning priorities and resources across teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with improved accountability and coordination.
• Develop documentation, tools, and mechanisms to enable efficient execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes in growth environments.
• Proven experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior teams on company-wide
• Excellent written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and ability to drive scalable solutions.
• Judgment, executive presence, and influence without direct authority.
