🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, Management
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating systems, planning processes, or execution
• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear decisions.
• Strong systems thinking, problem solving, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high standards.
