• Build and optimize systems that enable company-wide execution
• Design leadership operating systems, planning cadences, and decision frameworks
• Own quarterly and annual planning; align priorities across teams
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with accountability and follow-through
• Develop scalable docs, tools, and processes for efficient execution
• Partner with executives to address organizational challenges and improve decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business/Strategic Operations or related leadership roles
• Experience designing and scaling operating systems and planning processes
• Proven collaboration with founders and senior leaders on company-wide initiatives
• Excellent written communication; ability to simplify complex information
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis
• Judgment, executive presence, and influence without direct authority
