📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders in the public and private sectors
• Bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous business problems
• Shape and lead advisory engagements and consultancy work packages
• Apply user-centred, evidence-led and commercially aware approaches to transformation
• Adapt methods to client context and help clients understand where emerging technologies, including
• Represent our thinking through client conversations, case studies, professional networks, events

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in consulting or equivalent senior advisory environment
• Deep expertise in at least one TDG discipline (product management, service design, user research
• Confidence working with senior and executive stakeholders
• Ability to move between strategy and detail
• Experience shaping opportunities and proposals
• Commercial awareness
