• Frame and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive the analysis to a

• Present recommendations that hold up under executive scrutiny
• Drive cross-functional execution after the recommendation lands. Make sure the teams doing the work
• Wear whatever hat the problem needs: strategy one week, project management the next, hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• High agency. You see a problem and go solve it. You don't wait for the perfect data set or
• AI-fluent by default, not by exception. You already use AI tools, Claude, ChatGPT, coding and
• Vertically integrated. You do the analyst-level work yourself (data pulls, modeling, analysis) and
• Ownership that doesn't end at the recommendation. You'll chase cross-functional execution, keep
• 3+ years post-MBA, with at least 2 in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity
• MBA from a top-tier B-school, or a "direct promote" track record in consulting.
