Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end subcontract management.
• Develop subcontract specs and terms for Procurements.
• Lead bid packages, discuss with suppliers, evaluate proposals.
• Manage subcontract awards, modifications, and admin.
• Coordinate funding, invoicing, and documentation with internal teams.
• Partner with contracts, engineering, quality, planning, and program teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years; equivalent accepted.
• Experience in subcontract mgmt, purchasing, contracts, or project mgmt.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP software.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Ability to collaborate with program mgmt and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills; multi-priority decision making.
