Principal Systems Engineer - Internal GTM Tools

📋 Description

• Own GTM-facing software and data products end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional projects across teams and systems.
• Improve pipeline visualization and build sales tooling with AI.
• Work across data engineering, full-stack product, and applied AI.
• Own on-call rotations, incident resolution, and postmortems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, DevRel, and Growth to ship software.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with data initiative leadership.
• Distributed systems and production infra; Go and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL and data modeling; manage thousands of tables.
• Able to debug DB/query performance with profiling tools.
• Able to discuss org-wide technical initiatives and impact.
• Nice to have: Principal/Staff+ on platform/infrastructure; lakehouse/OLAP.
