📋 Description

• Manage database-related requests for Synapse applications from the Technical Assistance Center's
• Collaborate with other Principal TAC engineers to ensure technical depth, knowledge sharing, and
• Develop and enhance cross-training methodologies focused on database technologies, processes, and
• Identify opportunities to streamline database-related requests, including customer-specific
• Design, implement, and continuously improve active database monitoring solutions to provide
• Assess challenges experienced by customers and engineers, recommending process improvements that

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Oracle certification at the Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) level or higher.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional industry experience.
• Advanced database administration knowledge across current Synapse applications.
• Advanced understanding of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces, particularly HL7 and
• Extensive working knowledge of Synapse applications, workflows, and their implementation.
