• Diagnose organizational design issues and lead change management.

• Select and implement AI-driven talent and people-analytics platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in talent management, leadership development, or OD.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide programs or initiatives.
• Experience in organizational design and change management.
• Experience building talent and leadership programs from the ground up.
• Experience with AI-driven talent and people-analytics platforms.
• Experience building content for a global, multicultural workforce.
