📋 Description

• Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery for Trust Graph and Work Profiles.
• Directly manage a team of 6-10 engineers: hiring, development, and performance.
• Set API contract standards and data model integrity across your domain.
• Drive the design of graph-based representations of identity and trust signals.
• Own the engineering roadmap in partnership with Product.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar in graph data modeling and API design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years direct engineering management.
• Graph data structures and modeling experience.
• API contracts and data models ownership.
• Enterprise/workforce identity experience; tech + people leadership.
