📋 Description

• Lead projects through full lifecycle building Appian apps for clients.
• Work in agile to map processes, design data models, and build APIs.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Delivery Managers; mentor consultants.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and apply Appian AI tools (RAG, agentic workflows).
• Collaborate with client teams to adopt self-sufficient process apps.
• Engage customers post-sales to develop software solutions on Appian.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
• Mentoring and leading teams through post-sale implementations.
• Define business processes and gather functional/technical requirements.
• OO programming basics, relational DB design and SQL.
