• Define and maintain the Epic platform architecture blueprint.
• Advise healthcare orgs on Epic environment design for reliability.
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Build client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Create technical and non-technical deliverables for client teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Whiteboard solutions with customers.
• Strong consulting and business acumen.
• 10+ years Enterprise IT; 5+ years on Epic in large health systems.
• Deep Epic knowledge: Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, RWB; HL7, FHIR.
• Hands-on with Epic environments (ODB, Interconnect, Hyperspace) and integrations.
• Large-scale migrations; Epic Certifications preferred.
