Principal Technical Consultant-ServiceNow

📋 Description

• Educate others about the ServiceNow platform with white papers and materials for the community
• Be the technical expert on ServiceNow, advising on configurations vs customizations
• Support Field Service process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis in workshops
• Advise on leveraging the ServiceNow platform to transform processes
• Guide customers through ServiceNow capabilities during engagement with knowledge transfer and
• Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies including
• Ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment with thought leadership
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, LDAP, SSO)
• Understanding of AI models and Generative AI focus
• Experience with ServiceNow Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent is valued
• Strong data compliance understanding (PII/PHI)
