  • Excellent presentation and communication; articulate trade-offs to execs; stakeholder alignment.
  • Certifications: CSA; CIS (any product); CAD; CTA bonus.
  • Expectations: lead governance; mentor; presales; code audits and quality; platform upgrades/performance.
